In March 2020, EarthTech, in conjunction with Florida Structural Group, initiated repair work on the remaining 30,000(+/-) linear feet of seawall in the community. In most instances, the repair will be consistent with these diagrams. We anticipate all of the repairs will be completed by October 2021.
Repairs will roughly proceed according to this progress map. Approximately 4 weeks prior to the contractor starting repairs at your lot, they will contact you and provide additional information. Please read this document to understand what needs to be done prior to work being initiated and during the repair process.
If you own a dock with utilities that pass through the seawall, you need to sign this agreement, before the contractor is permitted to reconnect the utilities to the dock through the seawall.

The District has hired Earth Tech, funded the project, and repairs began the first week of April 2020.
